Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue focuses on very slow deep pressure to specific muscle groups. It is highly effective for relieving pain and tension, releasing chronic stress areas due to poor posture, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. With Deep Tissue and Trigger Point work, open communication during the session is important.  Hot Towels, Hot Stones for 1 area (usually the back or problem area), and Aromatherapy are included!

Butterfly Wrap

As a caterpillar transforms after being wrapped in a cocoon into a beautiful butterfly, so can you! This special service incorporates light stimulating effleurage with textured gloves followed by Swedish or Therapeutic massage with high quality massage cream. You are then wrapped in warmth to relax, unwind, and let your stress literally melt away while your scalp and feet enjoy a special treat! Aromatherapy, hot towels and sugar scrub for your feet are included. At the end, just as a beautiful and happy butterfly, you are unwrapped and will float gently on your way!

Stress Relief (Massage & Reiki)

During this treatment, clients will receive Swedish or Therapeutic/Combination Massage which includes the scalp and feet along with the healing energy of Reiki. The 60 minute session is approximately 50 minutes of massage and 10 minutes of Reiki. The 90 minute session is approximately 60 minutes of massage and 30 minutes of Reiki. A Weighted Blanket, Chakra Singing Bowl, Aromatherapy, and Heat Therapy are included. Treat yourself to this amazing relaxation and melt your stress away!

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a full body massage that is very relaxing and has multiple health benefits. It combines high quality massage cream with an array of strokes on the body such as effleurage and petrissage to improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, reduced emotional and physical stress on the body, promote better sleep, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. Hot Towels, Hot Stones for 1 area (usually the back), and Aromatherapy are included!

Tween/Teen Swedish or Sports Massage

Everyone can benefit from the healing effects of massage and relaxation. I offer Swedish or Sports Massage to children ages 8-17 with parental consent and signature. 

Swedish Massage for teens is a light to medium pressure full body massage including scalp and feet to reduce muscle pain, promote circulation, improve sleep, reduce stress and improve overall mind and body wellness. Hot towels and aromatherapy are included.

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. This massage takes a targeted approach to treatment and is customized to meet the athlete's needs. The massage aims to relieve muscle tension, sooth sore muscles, help heal muscle injuries, and promote an injury-free active lifestyle. Hot towels and aromatherapy are included.

Parent/Guardian must fill out a minor consent form and stay with their child on the premises during the session whether in the treatment room for children ages 8-12 or in the nearby luxurious relax room for teens ages 13-15.

Hot Stone Massage (Full Body)

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones used on your body in conjunction with Swedish techniques to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. Aromatherapy and hot towels included to enhance this already amazing massage!

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation. This massage is usually done in a side lying position using extra pillows for comfort!

Energy Work (Reiki)

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.

During this service, the client is fully clothed.

Sugar Scrub for Hands or Feet

Enhance your hand or foot massage with your choice of sugar scrub. It helps with circulation, feels amazing and smells so good!

Textured Glove Full Body Effleurage

Full Body Effleurage with textured gloves not only has health benefits like helping with circulation, but it feels AMAZING! The textured gloves are used before massaging with oil or cream. A brand new pair is used with each session and the client can take them home to be used again! Enjoy 🦋

Tranquil Time

Have you ever just wanted to lay there after your massage and be at complete peace for a little longer? Now you can! Enjoy relaxing time to yourself after your massage to listen to the soft music, meditate, or just enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. 

24 Hour Cancellation / No Show Policy

Tranquil Healing Massage Therapy has a 24 Hour Cancellation / No Show Policy.

Please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel.

50% of the scheduled service will be charged to anyone who cancels within 24 hours of their appointment time unless it is within 3 hours of the appointment time, then the full amount must be paid before another session can be scheduled. 

"No Shows" or cancelling a confirmed appointment within 3 hours of the appointment time will have to pay the full price of the missed massage before they will be able to schedule another session.

I understand there are emergencies and special consideration will be taken with this.

*Please do not come to your appointment sick. Please text me as soon as you can so I can try to fill your session with another client. I will not charge you a fee if you are sick.
